This good faith deposit will be applied toward your move-in costs (first month’s rent and security deposit), minus a $20 application fee per applicant. The deposit is fully refundable, excluding the application fee. Any convenience or processing fees charged by Stripe are non-refundable.
To receive a refund, applicants must sign the Refund Authorization Form, which confirms receipt of the refund and waives any future disputes or chargebacks for the same payment. Refunds cannot be issued without this signed form.
